In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CDMC has suspended all group hikes and events until further notice. We will continue to follow the directions of the Provincial Health Officer and will notify our members of updates as they become available.

Join CDMC or Renew Your Membership

1. Complete and submit your Member Registration form.

2. Submit your Membership Dues online by Paypal or e-Transfer.

3. Complete and submit your CDMC/FMCBC Online Waiver.

4. For new members only – create a free Meetup Account and request to join the CDMC Meetup Group.

A more detailed and illustrated set of step-by-step instructions will soon be available.

Steps 1 & 2

Complete the Member Registration Form and Pay Dues

Open the form by clicking the “Sign Up/Renew” button below. Follow instructions on the form.  Fields with red asterisk (*) are required fields.

In the form select one of two payment options:

Full Membership ($37 for 2020) if you are not already a member of a club where you have paid Federation of Mountain Clubs of BC (FMCBC) fees.

Associate Membership ($15 for 2020) if you are already an FMCBC member through another club.

When you click “Submit Registration Form”  at the end of your form, you will be redirected the next step.

Step 3

Complete the Online Waiver

New members must complete and submit this online waiver form before participating in any trip.

All members who are renewing their annual membership must submit a waiver every year.

Step 4

Create a Meetup Account and Request to Join the CDMC Meetup Group

CDMC uses Meetup to schedule all hikes and events.  If you don’t already have a free Meetup account the next thing you will need to do is create one.

Once you have a Meetup account, the final step in the registraton process is submit a request to Join the CDMC Meetup Group.

Do not submit a paper copy of the CDMC/FMCBC waiver to the Club Membership Coordinator.  Please use the online waiver form instead.
