Join CDMC or Renew Your Membership
Memberships are valid from February 1-January 31 of the following year.
January is renewal month
Memberships received after November 1 will be carried over to the next Membership year.
Be kind to our Membership Coordinator: If you renew before the January 31 expiry date your Meetup membership does not need to be de-activated, just to be re-added later.
Steps to Create or Renew a Membership:
1. Complete and submit your Member Registration/Waiver form.
2. Submit your Membership Dues online by PayPal or e-Transfer.
3. For new or expired members only – create a free Meetup Account and request to join the Comox District Mountaineering Club Meetup Group.
Steps 1 & 2
1: Complete the Member Registration/Waiver Form and 2: Pay Dues
Open the form by clicking the “Sign Up/Renew” button below. Follow instructions on the form. Fields with red asterisk (*) are required fields.
In the form select one of two payment options:
Full Membership ($42 annual fee) if you are not already a member of a club where you have paid Federation of Mountain Clubs of BC (FMCBC) fees.
Associate Membership ($18 annual fee) if you are already an FMCBC member through another club.

Create a Free Meetup Account and Request to Join the CDMC Meetup Group
CDMC uses Meetup to schedule all hikes and events. If you don’t already have a free Meetup account the next thing you will need to do is create one. To ensure fairness to all members, only “free” accounts will be added the CDMC Meetup Group.
Once you have a Meetup account, the final step in the registration process is to search for “Comox District Mountaineering” in Meetup (or click Here), select the Group, then press the “Join” button. This is a manual process for Administrators and could take up to 5 days.

2: Print, sign, then scan and email to: cdmcmembership@gmail.com.
